First, bending molding

Bending is a combination of plasticity and elastic deformation. It is the most common molding method for making money: poetry equipment. When bending deformation, consider the amount of rebound. The bending angle of the money material can generally be greater than 90°, but the minimum bending radius white requirement must be met. Titanium tubes with a diameter of less than 50 mm can be cold-bent. After cold bending, it is best to carry out stress relief annealing treatment. The hot bending of the titanium tube is divided into bending and pushing according to the force. Heating 'Wuyou is generally 177~350 (titanium alloy can be heated to 427T), then the yield strength T is reduced by 25%~50%, the plasticity is good, the rebound angle is small, and the gas pollution is also small.

Second, stamping molding

Titanium sheet and titanium alloy stamping are relatively difficult, and the bending radius is larger than that of steel 2 commonly used non-ferrous metals. The stamping molding methods adopted in China include: cold forming: hot forming after preforming and hot forming after preforming.

Cold forming is only applied to workpieces with thin walls, small deformation, large bending radius, and low dimensional requirements. When the amount of cold forming deformation is large, a method of dividing the stamping and annealing between the steps may be employed. Final annealing is required after cold stamping; except for residual stress.

Titanium sheets and titanium alloy workpieces with complex shapes and large deformations can be formed by stamping. In the lower temperature forming, the heating temperature is 200-350X; the deformation amount can reach 40%; when the high temperature molding, the heating temperature can reach 600-800 °C, suitable for thicker slab, large deformation, and forming size Larger workpieces are formed. There are three main heating methods: heating the mold; heating the hair E; heating the blank, and appropriately heating the mold. 3 After the thermoforming, the titanium workpiece is subjected to surface treatment such as sand blasting and pickling to eliminate the scale and the contaminated layer.

The pre-formed hot-correction type refers to the conventional stamping of the preforms, and then the orthopedics are heated on a special machine tool or special equipment to eliminate residual stress and rebound, so that the two pieces can reach the required line shape and size.

Third, spin molding

Spinning molding combines the characteristics of forging, extrusion, drawing, bending, ring rolling, and rolling. The spinning forming process has the characteristics of good deformation conditions, high material utilization (saving material 20%-50%), high surface smoothness and small size difference.

Fourth, expansion

Expanded joints are widely used in tube-to-plate bonding and are a mechanical connection that relies on the deformation of tubes and tube sheets to achieve tight fastening. Expansion is an important second order for the manufacture of tubular heat exchangers. When the titanium tube is connected with the titanium tube sheet, the expansion degree (inner diameter expansion ratio) should be 1% to 6%. When the tube expansion degree is expressed by the tube wall thinning rate, it can reach 5%~ according to the expansion method For mechanical expansion, flexible expansion and explosion expansion.
